Skincare Use & safety

Patch Testing:

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product. Apply a small amount to discreet area of skin and wait 24 hours to check for sensitivity or irritation.

Every individual's skin is unique. While our products are formulated with gentle, nourishing ingredients, reactions can occur. If irritation, redness or discomfort develops, Discontinue use immediately.

Medical Conditions & Allergies:

If you have known allergies, sensitive skin or medical conditions, please review ingredients list carefully and consult with a healthcare professional before use.

Product Use:

All products are intended for EXTERNAL USE ONLY. Avoid contact with eyes. if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

Returns & Refunds

All Sales are Final:

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been opened or used.

Damages or Incorrect Orders

Order Cancellations:

Orders mat be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
